Arella is our first Saluki. She is from Rita Trevenen's respected and successful Mauresque Kennel in Western Australia. She is very friendly towards all people although she would prefer not to 'speak' to other dogs. Arella was titled at Cohuna in March 2004. She is a Best in Group and multi Class in Group winner at All-Breeds Championship Shows, Best Puppy in Specialty Show (SCV 2003) and consistently places in the top 3 in her class at Specialty and Group shows under interstate and international judges. Arella hates the show ring and has been retired in April 2009 (after some particularly embarrassing *walks* around the ring!! <grin>) with 470 challenge points. She will now be shown only sparingly at selected Royal, Specialty and International shows.

Moss is our second Saluki and a half-sibling to Arella. Once again he is from Rita Trevenen's Mauresque Kennel. He is a one person dog - a "velcro dog" who sticks to me like glue. He prefers the company of his family although he tolerates strangers at my request. Moss was titled at Echuca in November 2004. He has a Best in Group win and multiple Class in Group wins at All-Breeds Championship Shows and has always placed first or second in his class at Specialty and Group shows. Moss would prefer to run on the beach all day, rather than go to a show, so he is only shown sparingly at All-Breeds, Royal and Specialty shows. He is available at stud to approved bitches with appropriate health clearances.
